Each class has been given paper copies of their ‘Maths Week’ Family Problem Solving puzzle for tonight. Copies are also on the school website. For P1-P4, the puzzle for tonight is ‘Traditional Story Maths’. For P5-P7, the puzzle is ‘Crossword Activity Part One’. We hope that you enjoy all the ‘Maths Talk’ that they stimulate at home. Please ensure that your child writes their name on their work and brings it into school tomorrow where they or their teacher/assistant can pop it into the relevant competition box. A winner will be drawn from each box tomorrow. We will then send out daily paper copies for the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday puzzles and draw winners thereafter.
Primary Four have been busy investigating www.mathsweek.ie They also had great fun trying to solve their Rubik Cubes, Bead Rack problems, Mathletics and board games. A great start to Maths Week 2024!🌟
