A visit from the police in Nursery
29th Feb 2024
On Wednesday we had a visit from Constables Megan and Steven from the Neighbourhood Policing Team. They talked to us about their jobs and how they can keep us safe. The children were intrigued by the different pieces of equipment on their uniforms, so they explained them all to them and what they were for. They let the boys and girls hold the handcuffs. We went outside to see their special police car. We loved the lights, but the siren was really loud! Megan and Steven were so impressed with the boys and girls. They gave us special wristbands to wear when we are out walking to keep us safe. Thank you to Constables Megan and Steven for taking the time to come and see us. We really enjoyed the visit!
