To tie in with our topic of ‘Take a walk on the Wild side’ P6 created African skyscapes by allowing colours to ‘bleed’ into one another. We then cut out head parts of different jungle animals which we painted and decorated with African tribal designs. We researched this first and saw how the tribal designs have a lot of repeated patterns of triangles, concentric circles, dots and wavy lines. P6 have created real masterpieces to display in their “Welcome to the Jungle” classroom and area 🌿🍃🌱🌳🦁🐒🐍🦓🐆🐅🐘🦍🦏🦒
