In our topic work on Fair trade we explored all things chocolate! In sensory cookery we made delicious brownies. We learned where chocolate comes from using a memory snap game. Then we studied the wrappers on chocolate bars and designed our own chocolate bar. The best was yet to come when we completed a taste test comparing Fair Trade and non Fair Trade chocolate.
