Another busy few weeks for P4!🌟
Primary Four have shown great independence and organisation with their learning in the last few weeks. They have completed lots of active lessons for Numeracy, Literacy and World Around Us.
They have learned about analogue and digital time on the hour, half hour and quarter hour. They have also been working on vertical methods of addition and subtraction. They have used lots of practical resources and Mathletics to help them consolidate their learning in many Numeracy areas.
The class have enjoyed accessing Accelerated Reader quizzes each week as their focus is comprehension and are now working on ‘Recount Writing’ at home and in school.
During WAU, they continued to reflect on their ‘What a Waste’ topic, examined recycled products and completed their very own recyclable toys.
For Religion, they learned about Jairus’ daughter and took part in choir in preparation for the events in November and December. They were delighted to have Lucie-Mai to help in class today. A big thank you from Mrs O’Neill to Lucie-Mai, P4 and their parents who continue to work so hard.🌟
