Anti Bullying Week 2022
Next week in school we will be participating in the annual Anti-Bullying week and all our pupils will be engaging in a number of activities focusing on this year’s theme of “Reach Out.”
We would also like to draw your particular attention to the following activities to;
Anti Bullying Poster
As a Homework task this week we will be asking each pupil from P3-7 to design an anti-bullying poster focusing on the theme of “Reach Out,” and our P1 and P2 pupils will be colouring in an Anti Bullying poster. We encourage you as parents to help your child with this poster and while doing this discuss some of the anti-bullying messages with your child. Prizes for the best poster in each class will be issued at Assembly on Friday and these posters will be put on display throughout the school.
Monday 14thNovember 2022 Odd Sock Day
Pupils can come to school wearing odd socks on this day to help celebrate diversity.
Friday 18th November 2022 “Your Kindness Counts” Day
On this day we will participating in the NI Hospice “Your Kindness Counts” fundraiser day to coincide with “World Kindness Day” on Sunday 13th November. All pupils will be encouraged to come to school dressed in colourful clothes to pass on some colourful cheer.
This day will be a fundraising day for the NI Hospice and will replace our monthly non-Uniform day with all donations raised going directly to the NI Hospice.
