Today P6 started a new ICT Accreditation Task called Precious Waste.
This unit of work is all about computer programming.
The first challenge the children encountered was to write a complete programme to get a recycling truck to the recycling centre without leaving the road.
The children took a little time experimenting with different programming commands before attempting the task.
They found the task challenging but enjoyable.
Over the next few weeks the children will continue testing their programming skills with ever more complicated assignments.
