We have had lots of fun preparing for Easter in Nursery! Our shape this month is the oval so we made some pictures using oval cookie cutters and paint. The oval took pride of place in the lovely Easter hats we made! We wore these home with great pride. Our Easter Egg Raffle was drawn on Wednesday. Oisin, Cobhlaith and Connla were our lucky winners! Not winning can be a difficult concept to grasp for younger children, so we had some sweet cones for all the children to take home as a reward for all their hard work this term! On Wednesday, we had a non-uniform day. We also had a disco and ended our session with a little bit of Peter Rabbit! The children raised an amazing £154.40 for Trocaire. Thank you to everyone who supported the raffle and non-uniform day. We hope everyone has a lovely Easter break!
