Happy World Book day everyone and don’t forget to send me your extreme reading photographs.
First up today we have Jay (P5) who last night went outside to read in the dark. He did say it was a bit spooky but he had great fun taking part. Emmett (P7) and a Mai (P5) love reading on their boat and dream of getting out in the water, in warmer days, and enjoying a relaxing reading time in the sunshine. Caitlin (P7) loves reading in her Granda & Grannies new summerhouse. She loves how peaceful it is and gets some rest away from everyone else.
Jack (P1) decided to dress up as his favourite book character, the BFG. He loves reading and you never know where you'll find him reading in the house. Jamie (P5) dressed up as Harry Potter and loves relaxing with his book while sitting in his bed. Kayleigh (P2) and Jake (N) have also dressed up for world book day today. Jake is spending the morning as the wolf from The Three Little Pigs and he will spend his afternoon as the wolf trying to gobble up Little Red Riding Hood! Love your costumes and poor Little Red Riding Hood. Finally for now, Holly (P4) clearly loves reading and is really getting into character as she enjoys her favourite book.
