Primary Five have been very busy this week working on Mixed and Equivalent fractions. We particularly enjoyed exploring equivalent fractions using cake. Mr Smyth was very impressed with all the different examples. We also discovered a special rule that what you do to the denominator the same applies to the numerator. Lots of practical and written work in Primary Five!
