Today in class we worked in groups to roll dice to generate and calculate our own maths sums.
We rolled up to 4 dice to work up to thousands.
We decided to give an extra rule of adding 1, 2 or 3 before each dice roll so that we had the chance of generating numbers higher than 6.
We checked our answers before moving on.
The children enjoyed working in groups and that each group made their own sums.
