We are delighted to announce that we will be taking part in a very exciting Maths Week in school from Mon 17th - Friday 21st October. In conjunction with Maths Week Ireland, the EA Problem Solving Programme, Learning through Play and Mathletics, the children will be given the opportunity to explore lots of wonderful practical, mental and written Maths skills. Parents can also get involved in helping their child develop essential skills as each day we shall post ‘Problem Solving Puzzles’ on the website which can be solved at home and brought into school the next morning. Watch out for our first puzzle that will issue just after school today. Solutions/Answers can be dropped into our Maths Week Problem Solving Boxes and winners chosen each day!
