Today we had another special visitor to Nursery. Lyndsey from Music Bugs came to see us! We started off by singing The Hello Song. Then we got two instruments each for the next two songs. We stood up to do the actions for If You’re Happy and you know it. Next, Lyndsey gave out bunny ears to anyone who wanted them. They were very cute! We used these for Sleeping Bunnies and 5 Bouncing Bunnies. The next thing that Lyndsey produced was a bubble machine! We had to follow her to try and burst as many as we could! We then got two little finger puppet birds each and used these for Two Little Dickie Birds. Lyndsey gave us all a part of some green material to hold. When we shook it, the 5 little chicks bounced about a lot! We got a special glove to help us sing Hot Cross Buns. We had rainbow ribbons which we used for the songs When the music stops and Shake your sillies out. Then the parachute was brought out. We showed great team work by working together to pass the parachute around the circle. It was so much fun when Lyndsey put lots of balls on to it. They went everywhere! We finished our session with The Goodbye Song. Lyndsey gave us special stickers for taking part today. We had so much fun and loved all the singing and dancing.
