Today we started our new topic of Spring and what a beautiful day it was to do that! We had a fabulous morning playing in the play area. We drew and coloured spring flowers, cut and stuck materials to make flowers, used spring cutters at the play dough and really enjoyed the new role play area with a fruit and veg shop and planting area / garden centre. 🌸After break we went out on a Spring walk. We were so quiet that the birds came to sing for us! 🐦 We especially loved seeing the little robin. Over at the grotto we found buds on a bush and daffodils at different stages of blooming along with a lot more little birds. We are all feeling very excited about our new topic! 🌻🌞
