P4 had a lovely morning making Saint Brigid crosses with Catherine, Mary, Maureen and Geraldine. The children listened really well to the instructions, bent, weaved and turned their rushes to make beautiful crosses. The crosses will be kept in school to be blessed at mass tomorrow and then sent home. A big thank you from P4, Mrs O'Neill, Mary and Lisa to all those wonderful helpers who continue to share their expertise with the children as well as foster our church, parish and community traditions.
