Primary Four had a wonderful Shared Education Day today. The glorious sunshine added to the occasion allowing the children to take part in amazing outdoor learning experiences. From team building activities to constructing mini rafts and testing them for flotation. From taste testing healthy foods to dancing the afternoon away. From tree climbing and outdoor swings to enjoying a ‘Big Book Bus’, every child had a fantastic time. Many thanks to Activ-Youth NI for facilitating the day and West Winds PS for hosting everyone. Mrs O’Neill, Mary and Fiona were so proud of each child from Saint Mary’s Portaferry as they tried new things, participated in every activity, made new friends and represented themselves and their school so well during a very memorable day.🌟
