Over the past few weeks, Primary Four have been working hard on their skipping skills. They learned to skip forwards and backwards using kangaroo jumps and bunny rabbit hops as they prepared for their mega skip-a-thon in aid of Trocaire which took place in school on 10th April. So far, the children have raised a magnificent total of £122. Mrs O’Neill hopes that the boys and girls will continue to enjoy skipping outdoors at home and at playtime in school as it is a lovely individual and team activity which really benefits everyone in terms of coordination, balance, timing, fitness and fun!🌟
