P5 Visit the Ulster Museum
14th Jan 2025
Today our P5 class were very fortunate to visit the Ulster Museum in Belfast. We took part in a workshop where the children were able to examine artefacts and explore the types of jobs that Egyptians undertook. The children completed some observational drawings and were challenged to complete the drawings without moving their pencils. The artist, Mr Smyth and all of the staff were very impressed with the children’s completed drawings. Finally the pupils had the opportunity to view the Egyptian exhibition and meet Takabuti. It was an educational experience for all and both the children and adults thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
