Thankfully the weather was kind to us during our trip to the zoo. We were really excited to see the animals we have been learning about in our topic but also some of the “cousins” of our characters from the Lion King.
The monkeys and lions put on a great show for us and we didn’t even leave any of our own monkeys behind 🙊🙊🦍🦧
Everyone had a great day and indeed a member of the public, who was a retired principal spoke to Collette of the exemplary behaviour of the children and their lovely manners. All the staff were so proud of the boys and girls, for being such wonderful ambassadors for SMP!!
To end a fab day, we had a singsong on the way home on the bus … these videos will feature at a later date as they are too good not to share!! 😂
