P7 Hurling
20th Mar 2025
Well done to our P7 hurlers who represented County Down in the Ulster finals today.
The boys qualified from their group with convincing wins over Cavan 6-0 and Armagh 4-1.
They faced a very strong Derry team in the semi-final. There was nothing in the game for the first five minutes with both teams having chances. In the last two minutes Derry got the breakthrough and although our boys battled to the end they just couldn’t turn the score around.
A fantastic experience for the boys representing the school and county and reaching the semi-final.
Well done boys everyone in St. Mary’s is immensely proud of your achievements.
