We are fortunate to have such talent in our midst, not only among our pupils but also within our school staff. This Saturday, Pauline and Cindy will be providing the coffee / tea and refreshments at the Portaferry Market in the St. Patrick's Community Centre from 12.00-6.00pm. Pauline and Cindy are two very talented bakers and have been busy preparing many delights for everyone to enjoy. I would advise that you get to the market early as their buns, cakes and biscuits are very likely to go quickly. However, they have promised to keep some for when our pupils are singing at 4.00pm. Pauline and Cindy would like to express their gratitude to all of the staff and parents who have also donated some goodies for the day. They are humbled by everyone's generosity. They will also be hosting a raffle on the day with all prizes being donated from within our schooling community. All money raised on the day will be donated to school funds. We, as a school, are very appreciative of their efforts and are looking forward to seeing as many people as possible there on Saturday to get into the festive spirit.
