Our writing form this term was procedural writing.
Yesterday we made a fruit smoothie and a fruit and vegetable smoothie.
After getting over the initial shock at how the first smoothie looked most children agreed it was very good. Surprisingly more children liked the fruit smoothie that had cucumber in it!
The children had great fun during this lesson and will now complete this unit of work by writing about this procedure making sure to include the purpose of the writing and safety tips.
