We were very lucky to have a visit from Aileen in Portaferry Library today for a Rhythm & Rhyme Session. She brought some friends to meet us. We met Humpty Dumpty and some of us had to make him fall down! We also saw a very special doll of Little Red Riding Hood that could turn into Granny and the Big Bad Wolf! We listened to a story called This is Bear. We also sang some of our favourite songs and got to help Aileen by holding the animals. We did Five Little Ducks, Old MacDonald and Five Little Monkeys. We heard two more stories, Farmer Duck and Homer the Library Cat. We had a great time. Aileen told us we can call in to the library and choose some books to read!
