Our KS1 Special provision class embarked on a wonderful winter adventure, delving into the fascinating world of ice and shapes. They eagerly cracked sheets of ice, unveiling hidden shapes, and then putting their problem-solving hats on to sort these shapes based on their properties. Though it was a chilly and thrilling experience, it perfectly aligned with our winter topic and the kids enjoyed their outdoor learning. They not only were able to learn about winter and ice, but also enhanced their critical thinking skills.
