Shared Education Collaborative Project for P4 and P6

Saint Mary’s Portaferry Shared Education Project

In preparation for our Shared Education project for 2025, our P4 and P6 pupils put together a short video which portrays a snapshot of life at Saint Mary’s Primary School, Portaferry.

It presents a flavour of our unique coastal location, our values, academic aspirations, musical and cultural influences, sporting achievements, faith formation, creative endeavours, reward systems, inclusivity, ICT and STEM skills, community spirit and learning beyond the classroom.

The purpose of the video is to provide our local, wider and partner school audiences with some information about our wonderful school. We aim to depict the great sense of pride that our pupils, parents, grandparents, friends and staff all have in our fantastic school.

We look forward to meeting our partner schools over the next few months and have many exciting events planned for P4 and P6. We hope that you enjoy the video as much as we all enjoyed making it. Team work makes the dream work. Watch this space for more updates!
