As part of NI science week, P6 took part in a Q + A session with Astronaut Tim Peake all about his experience of space and what it was like training and preparing for his mission to the international space station.
Out of hundreds of questions, one of our questions, submitted by Evan in P6 was answered!!! As we’ve been focusing a lot on health, well-being, fitness, and exercise in St. Mary’s over the past few years, we asked what his favourite exercise was and if he practised mindfulness.
