Wednesday 1st April 2020
I hope everyone is keeping well and keep sending your pictures of what you are all up to. Zac (P6) and Jenson (P1) have been working hard. They were very creative on the street across the shore road and included a get well from the virus message on this for passers-by. They have also been baking some buns and even delivered some to Fr Fergal to thank him for blessing their home. Today they have been reading, exercising and Zac is concentrating hard on his maths and English and ixl app. They miss their friends, teachers and St Marys family.
After her school day had finished Aoibhe (P5) caught up on some Irish dancing practice and her camogie skills. Kian (P6) and Niamh (P4) continue to be been busy this week doing ixl, Transfer Tutor, reading, spellings, taking part in PE with Joe Wicks and watching Blue Planet! Kian has also been coding on Scratch and Niamh has been practicing her skipping! We even did our own version of Countdown with Scrabble tiles!
Chloe and Ethan (P7) have been keeping themselves busy with their school work in the mornings, IXL, accelerated reader quizzes and of course PE with Joe! Their mum told me that their Grandma and Grandad sent down some boxes of lego they hadn't got round to opening so they are happily working together building each set.
Take care everyone and keep sending your photographs.
