What a busy week in P4!
A big thank you to P4 who have been working so hard at home and in school this week. We have been revising lots of adding, subtracting and multiplying in Maths as well as working on our new topic of ‘Dealing with larger hundreds, tens and unit numbers’. We used counters, number lines, workbooks, IXL and Maths Chase on the computer to help too.
We are continuing to work on our comprehension skills with Accelerated Reader and our Minibeast comprehension activities. We are also managing to do twenty minutes of ‘Silent Reading’ each afternoon which helps us to ‘Read for enjoyment and relaxation’.
On ‘Well-being Wednesday we worked on our Positivity Boxes, got outdoors to enjoy the beautiful weather and completed our Daily Mile.
Each day at home and in school we are also learning all about the preparations for our First Holy Communion; the parts of the mass, the prayers and responses and all the special little jobs that will make our day so lovely.
We have had such a busy week! Well done P4!🌟
