Today we were really lucky to have a special visitor called Lorna come into our classroom. She is an expert at all things wool and she was able to teach us how to make a fluffy pompom. Even though we are only P3, some children actually made a start at being able to crochet. She showed us how to do a crochet stitch and with good listening, concentration and a positive attitude we ended up with some super results. The even better news is that Lorna enjoyed working with us so much that she is coming back next Wednesday to teach us even more super skills. We can't wait!
