In our Specialist Provision we have enjoyed a range of world book day activities. At home and in school we have been finding 'strange places to read', some of these have now become our favourite places to read. Our teachers even joined in the fun by dressing up and by sharing their favourite places to read. We began the day by adding to the whole school snowball story that was started by the nursery. We can't wait to hear it tomorrow at assembly! Then we participated in a BBC Live Lesson for World Book day where we delved into the different genres in reading and the difference between fiction and non-fiction. After lunch we enjoyed an extended silent reading session on our comfy beanbags to end a busy day.
