What a truly enchanting World Book Day 2025 yesterday. Our wonderful students in Special Provision 1 embraced the magical world of books, dressed as their favourite characters from some beloved stories. Our day was filled with an exciting array of book-related activities, filled with laughter and learning. We completed The Very Hungry caterpillar themed Sensory circuits, made a milk-bottle Elmer the elephant craft, retold the Gruffalo story using a puppet and made a train track as the Fat Controller. We also discussed our favourite stories and character, as well as talking about book genres we liked. We drew pictures of characters and we loved dancing around in our costumes.
