What an amazing day of learning for P2 on World Maths Day! The children sorted our outdoor learning materials into sets. They counted, compared, correlated, designed, estimated, predicted and explored lots of areas of maths. They made shapes, pictures and compared lengths and widths of twigs and flowers. There was great language development and writing too with dull and shiny stones, and flat and jagged ones. We had multicoloured leaves, buds and flowers and even added a miscellaneous set!
